I was so happy to do a photoshoot for Congrats from Colorado, a fabulous company that brings together the best of the best baby and children’s products made in Colorado.  I am off to a wedding in Crestone, and will be sure to post more when I get back!

I know, it looks a bit like a stroller race, it is actually mostly for the cool stroller umbrellas:)

Because the carrier was not *quite* looking right on one of the models, we redid two of the styles.  I met this family a few weeks ago when I did their 1 year photos for their gorgeous little girl, Elodie.  I was s o happy that they agreed to be my “models” for the Baby Hawk photos.  They are SO in love and so happy together.  And, you can’t tell, but the mom is 6 months pregnant!  I kept forgetting, and even had her wear the baby on the front in a few photos, when really, she should have been off the belly.  Can’t wait to see what she looks like at 9 months pregnant!

Just a couple from the other day’s mini sessions-I have so many photos to go through and will post more soon!

These are the days I really need to remember to slow down and actually look and be with my son.  It goes so fast, and it does not matter how much time I spend with him if I am not really *there*.  We have a sweet little playgroup that we go to down by the creek.  Here are just a couple shots I took today.

Calling all my fellow yogis!  I am having short, yoga mini sessions for all the beautiful yoga teachers in the Boulder area.  We will be doing photos at Chautauqua on the morning of Saturday, 7/25.  Each session includes 15-20 minutes of as many poses as you want, 10-15 fully edited images in a private online gallery, 2 high resolution images of your choice plus the copyright, and the complete 10-15 web images.  Total session fee is $50.  For questions, please contact me at BoulderBabyPhotos@gmail.com  See you then!

Well, as many of you know, I am quickly coming up on my due date!  I am still feeling great, but will stop taking regular sessions in August-September.  I will, however, continue to take newborns through August as there is a lot less running around/up and down.  If you were planning a toddler, child, or family session for this summer, please contact me right away so I can try and fit you in during July.  Otherwise, I will be back on the scene October 1st.

October and November  tend to fill up very quickly as people are trying to get in sessions for Christmas cards, so schedule as soon as you can! And because no post is complete without a photo, here is one of a beautiful little girl at the birthday party I took Elijah to yesterday…don’t you just love the look she is giving you?  You should also take note that her face was half covered in cake.  What wonderful things we can do with photoshop….

Have I mentioned how lucky I am to get to photograph all the beautiful families?  How cute are these two little boys? And I probably have not ever had an easier time photographing brothers.  The hugged and kissed, held hands, sat together, and were just overall very cute.  It was too easy.

Penelope is such a beautiful, peaceful little baby.  An she is so lucky to have such a wonderful family.  They were so much fun to photograph (and they are all gorgeous!), I had a great time.
